2048 Legend ("the App") is developed by Kadir Pınar ("we", "the developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
We do not directly collect personal information (name, email, phone, etc.) from you, and we do not require you to create an account. Third-party services within the App may process the following:

This data is not linked to your identity (name/email/account).
On iOS, before using your device advertising identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads, we ask for your permission. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this choice anytime in your device settings.
Your game progress, scores, settings, and in-game currency/items are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the App removes this data from your device.

The App is free and contains ads. Optionally, a Premium subscription that removes ads and in-game currency (coins/gems) packs are offered. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not have access to your card/payment details.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Under KVKK (Türkiye) and GDPR (EU), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data. You can turn off ad personalization in your device settings and remove your local data by deleting the App. For requests, contact us at the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are published on this page and the "Last updated" date is revised.

iOS'ta, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterebilmek için cihaz reklam kimliğinizi (IDFA) kullanmadan önce sizden izin isteriz. İzin vermezseniz yine reklam görürsünüz, ancak bunlar kişiselleştirilmemiş olur. Bu tercihi cihaz ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.
Oyun ilerlemeniz, puanlarınız, ayarlarınız ve oyun içi para/eşyalarınız yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde bu veriler cihazınızdan kaldırılır.

Uygulama ücretsizdir ve reklam içerir. İsteğe bağlı olarak reklamları kaldıran Premium abonelik ve oyun içi para (altın/elmas) paketleri sunulur. Ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir; kart/ödeme bilgilerinize biz erişemeyiz.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
KVKK (Türkiye) ve GDPR (AB) kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silinmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Reklam kişiselleştirmesini cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilir, uygulamayı silerek yerel verilerinizi kaldırabilirsiniz. Talepleriniz için aşağıdaki e-postadan bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.
